PropertyRead action control policy masks dates inconsistently

Summary
Configuring the PropertyRead action control policy masks the properties when the condition is False. However, the Date properties are masked inconsistently when compared to the Text properties.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with a DateTime property
- Create the Access Control Policy rule for the DateTime property. Mask Entire Date is used as the restriction method. The DateTime property displays as 1/1/9999 12:00 AM when the policy condition is False
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-61477, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
