Push Notifications Build Error

Summary
Error occurs when building a mobile APK using an existing assets.zip file and a PUSH notifications enabled certificate.
The Sender key and API key are generated from the Google Firebase Console. The google-services.json file from the Firebase Console is downloaded and included in the root of the assets.zip file. After including the google-services.json file, the build works; however, Push notifications do not work.

Steps to Reproduce
- Build the CrewMgmt01.01.02 VMSCox5731 APK.
- Navigate to the Push Notifications tab.
- Send a Push notification.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51029.
