pxRichTextEditor control in data type does not work

Summary
A property is configured to use the pxRichTextEditor control on the property rule form. When the property is edited using the data type records list, it does not display as a rich text field. Instead, it displays as a regular text input.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a data type with test properties.
- In at least one of the text property definitions, use the pxRichTextEditor UI control.
- Edit a data type record.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-19321, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
