pyStatusWorkTimestamp changes not updated in declare index

SA-31604

Summary

pyStatusWorkTimeStamp changes in the original work object when the status of the work object changes, but this change is not reflected in the declare index for this property.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Transfer a case from a work basket to a work list.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules:
The declare index was configured so that pyStatusWorkTimestamp is one of the source properties. pyStatusWorkTimestamp gets updated whenever the status of the work object is updated through a declare trigger. Currently an out-of-the-box declare index is first called and declare triggers are called later. Hence, the old value of pyStatusWorkTimestamp is saved in the index table.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
Call StatusElapsedCalculation activity so that pyStatusWorkTimestamp is calculated before the index call.
