Radio buttons always selects top option

Summary
Including a radio button control in a section within a repeat grid, selects the top row radio button instead of the row that was actually clicked.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with radio buttons and configure the control to always be editable.
- Embed that section in a repeat grid row.
- Click any radio button, but not the one in the first row.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The radio button was generated incorrectly for the grid because the same ID was generated for each radio button in the Data Object Model (DOM).
Resolution
Apply HFix-32252.
