Repeat grids listed in JAWS table shortcut do not utilize title

Summary
A Job Access With Speech (JAWS) table shortcut listing keys (CTRL + INSERT + 'T') list out tables present on the UI.
This includes Pega's generated repeat grids. However there is no table caption to go with the corresponding table generated to match the layout header title.

Use JAWS table shortcut listing keys (CTRL + INSERT + 'T')
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Apply HFix-33989 which will generate an additional "summary" attribute for the correct table which matches the grid summary field.
