Request-URI Tool Large in Chrome for PCS Healthcare 7.12

Summary
With Product Composer System (PCS) for Healthcare 7.12. running on Pega 7.1.6, closing the Configure Benefit screen with the Chrome browser results in a command failure and the error message.

Steps to Reproduce
- Using Chrome, log in to PCS as a manager.
- Open the Network from the Configure Benefit screen and click the Close button.
Observe the error message.
Root Cause
The PCS application is configured in such a way that the Close command issues a ReloadHarness that is fired from the submitWhenFail JavaScript function. This function, for security reasons, does not put any content into the Body of the Post. Instead, it includes all the relevant data in the Header.
For this command, if your configuration contains lots of data, it exceeds the hard-coded limit on the size of the URI.
In other browsers, there is no error message, but the URI is truncated without regard for possible ill-effects that this might have on the command.
Resolution
This issue was resolved in Product Composer System 7.13.
Upgrade to the latest release of Product Composer System.
