Requirement to hide custom error section and form errors on top of harness.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a custom error section
- Add the custom error section to the perform harness
- Select In configurable section from the form level errors dropdown and point to the above section in the display options of the harness
- Configure form with validations
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The custom error section with errors loads since it is available in the harness.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Remove the custom error section from the perform harness
- Change the display options to default
- Uncheck the Always show check box
- Configure the visibility condition or expression according to the logic if the custom error section must be available in the perform harness for other scenarios
