Row Repeat's Add or Delete activities are missing

Summary

Post migration to Pega 7.4, runtime errors are encountered with Row Repeat rules on clicking the icon to add a new row or item which has an Append or Delete Activity specified. According to the error, the system searches for the activity in the incorrect class.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'APPENDTODOCUMENTLIST' that applies to 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx'. There were 4 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 4 rules named 'APPENDTODOCUMENTLIST' defined in the rulebase are:
4 unrelated to applies-to class 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx', for example: 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx'.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Row Repeat section with Append or Delete activities specified in PRPC 6.1 SP2.
Migrate to 7.4.
Click the icon to add a new item.

Root Cause

Row Repeats configured in PRPC 6.1 SP2 used an old and deprecated Icon control for the Add row icon. In later versions of PRPC 6 platform, this changed to the new pxIcon (default Pega 7 icon) control.

Row Repeats are deprecated in Pega 7 platform.

It is recommended to update Row Repeats to the new Pega auto-generated controls such as Repeating Grid or Table.
