Rules for history classes are not listed in the App Explorer

Summary
While searching for the rule "displaybulkaction" from the rule search window, user is able to look up the instances in the out of the box history classes but these rules do not show up in the Application Explorer.

Open history class in Application Explorer and view list of rules.Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30205.
