Screen flow default buttons behavior incorrect

Summary
Default flow action buttons (Save, Continue) which display in tabbledscreenflow are not hidden on selecting Hide default flow action buttons in a flow action.

Steps to Reproduce
- Resave the tabbedscreeflow7 harness to the application ruleset
- Use screen layout for the harness with the header content and footer
- Use the pycaseactionarea buttons in the footer of the screen layout
- Create a case using the harness
- Invoke a flow action from Actions
- Ensure that the Hide default flow action buttons option is selected for the invoked flow action
Root Cause
This behavior is as per the Pega product design.

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
CaseActionarea button is configured in the footer.
