Selected knowledge articles do not display after Save
After selecting knowledge articles in Configuration tools, the articles do not display on click of the Save button. This occurs post upgrade to Pega Customer Service 7.31 and Pega 7.3.1.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Interaction portal.
- Create a New Inbound call.
- Click Other actions.
- Navigate to Configuration tools > Knowledge content.
- Search for an article.
- Select the article and click the Save button.
Flows upgraded from PRPC 6 platform to Pega 7 platform, do not have the pyFromClass property. Therefore, the source of the connector is not known.
For PRPC 6, flows looped through pyShapes to fetch assignments and checked the pyConnectors to retrieve the flow action.
