Summary
Send activity in Data-Corr-Phone Text class is final and we need to update some changes in that activity. The user have raised SR with pega in PEGA 7.1.6 and rule is made available and confirmed that this will available in higher version. But it is final now and the user is not able to update any changes.

An issue in the custom application code or rules : ProComm ruleset is final for send activity
