Show Import/Export option in Delegated Data Type in CPM Portal

Summary
Users observe that the Import/Export option is not available for the Delegated Data Type in the following portals: CPMInteractionPortal and CPMAccountManager_Portal .

Steps to Reproduce
- Click on 'My Profile' in User Portal.
- Go to 'My Delegated Rule' option.
- Open a Data Type rule.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request but given the minor scope was implemented in a hotfix.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34260.
