SLA does not execute based on Goal and Deadline times

SA-89915

Summary

An assignment is configured with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that uses the 'Set to the value of a property' option to set the Goal and Deadline times based on a property. The property value is set prior to the Assignment shape. This functionality works on one node. However, for another node that is set up for High Availability; the node does not execute the Goal and Deadline at the correct time. The SLA initiates immediately, instead of at the time configured for the property.
