Root Cause

As / is a delimeter, there is no need to notify that the '/' used is part of the search string.

The elastic search version used in Pega 7.2.2 is 2.4.0

The following three methods, that is, (" \" ABC / XZ \" "), (ABC "/" XYZ) and (" ABC \\ / XZ ") notifies that the slash is not a delimiter it is part of the Search string.
