Smart Info text not wrapped on first display

SA-22663

Summary

At runtime, when the Smart Info is opened the first time after page is loaded the text is not wrapped. Then, if the SmartInfo is opened a second time, the text breaks as expected.
"Wrap text" checkbox is selected in the presentation tab for the embedded paragraph rule in the SmartInfo section. The same issue is reproducible on different browsers Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome browser.

On the second click the paragraph breaks as expected. User does not make any other step except closing the first smart tip displayed. User is getting the same behavior using different events  such as Hover, Click, Right-Click.

Error Messages

No error message but unwrapped text showing in the SmartInfo

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Smart Info section which embed a paragraph which contains a very long sentence;
2. At runtime, when the Smart Info is opened the first time after page is loaded the text is not wrapped
3. Then, if the SmartInfo is opened a second time, the text breaks as expected

Root Cause

This issue is related to the repeating layout displayed in the smart info section below the long paragraph. This repeating layout display a Data Page. If it is removed, then the paragraph is wrapped at the first try as expected.

So this issue is related to the data page load when the first smart info section is display for the first time.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Check the "Defer load contents" option on the dynamic layout used to display the data page in the smart info section.

Then it works as expected, the smart info paragraph is wrapped as expected on the first click.
