SMS Treatment rule contains hidden and not visible characters
SA-18854
Summary
SMS Treatment rule is created via copy or paste from an email or external documents. Message Text is shown properly from the editor without any additional character.
But view XML of the rules shows additional HTML Tags which are irrelevant for an SMS Message which is always plain text.
At runtime the SMS Message Text is sent via http SMS Connector. The content of the SMS is malformed and received with all the tags in the SMS.
It works with manual entry however there is NO rich editor in SMS Treatment ruleform. Formatting is not an option. User enters the text either manually or by copy paste.
As it is by default plain text (by design), one expects the editor to highlight non-text character like HTML tags.
Business users will be mainly operating by copy or paste and will not be able to preview the text and even correct unwanted errors.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause
