“Suspend work object” – status hardcoding in OOTB activity

Summary
User reported that the “Suspend work object” – status is hardcoded in Out-of-the-box (OOTB) activity as a result of which, user is not able to pass a custom status for user requirement.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Use policy override feature to suspend a workobject.
Root Cause
This is working as expected and any assignment resolved through policy override will include the status.
Resolution
Follow the below local-change steps to fix this issue.
1. Create a Declare on change on the property.
2. Create an activity for the true condition.
3. Do a property set for status to fulfil the custom requirement.
