Summary
User inserts 33 bytes value while running a campaign. The system is unable to insert multi-byte characters in the Batchoutput tables when the campaign runs. This occurs while using Pega Marketing for Communications 7.21 on Pega 7.21.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create strategy properties of type Text
- Insert multi-byte characters in the Strategy property when the campaign runs
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Pega Marketing Framework creates the batchoutput table using the Strategy properties while running the campaign. If there is no max length value for the property during the creation of the table, the framework creates the default length as 32 by default.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Provide the max length on property rule form by considering the multi-byte characters.
