Tab freezes sporadically while switching between interactions.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open two interactions (for example. I-1, I-2) from the worklist.
- Switch between I-2 and I-1. The Interaction tabs do not switch. However, the respective work area switched and the busy indicator displays continuously.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Concurrency issue with the D_CPMPortalContext.pyID global variable. The HTTP requests for pzUpdateClipboard and ReloadSection were sent in the required order. As a result, the refresh occurred correctly. However, the HTTP requests were intermittently not in the required order due to which the exception occurred.
Resolution
Apply the following hotfixes:

- HFix-42622
