Tabs included as part of tab group are not visible via snapstart

Summary
A snapstart URL is configured to do an openAssignment and pyShowFullPortal is set to true.
When this is opened, the static tabs configured in pyPortalContent does not show up.
The tab group contains a static tab to show WorkList and a Dynamic Container.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Configure a snapStart URL to openAssignment.
2) Once it is opened check for static tabs.

Root Cause
When a URL loaded is through Snapstart it loads them in frameless portal.
Resolution
This is expected behavior - Snapstart renders the UI in frameless container.
