Test Artifacts not visible in Agile Studio 7.30

Summary
After upgrading the Project Management Framework (PMF) 7.12 to Agile Studio 7.3, unable to view the Test Artifacts created using PMF or Test Management Framework (TMF).

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade PMF 7.12 to Agile Studio 7.3.
- Open a user story migrated from PMF, which includes an associated Test Suite in PMF. The Test Library tab is not visible in the User Story interface.
Root Cause
Test Management features have been deprecated from Agile Studio 7.3.x releases. However this change is optional and users can enable it when required.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39439.
