Time based rolling policy does not work

Summary
Log files are not getting compressed through prlogging.xml file by updating the compression format in file pattern.

Steps to Reproduce
1. From ear file, extract prlogging.xml.
2. Edit with the .zip format in file pattern and save the prlogging.
3. Repackage ear file.
4. Redeploy the ear file in jboss.
Root Cause
Issue with the log4j that rollingfile does not compress the files but only create the files in .zip or .gz format...This issue is solved in log4j2.6.2 version but the log4j used in Pega 7.2.1 is log4j1.2.14 version.
Resolution
As part of all the versions prior to Pega 7.2.2 the log4j version used is log4j1.2.14 and log4j2.6.2 has been implemented from Pega 7.2.2 version and the issue is solved from log4j2.6.2 version.
