Summary

Unable to implement a conditional Refresh Section action on a Multi Select control. The user is able to apply When condition on the Refresh Section action on other (Non-Multi Select) controls. However, the user is unable to apply When condition on the Multi Select control. The dropdown on the When condition displays as blank.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Section rule with a Multi Select control.
2. Add an onChange event and apply the Refresh Section action.
3. Add a When condition to the Refresh Section action.

Root Cause

This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.

Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-77278, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
