Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the application data instance.
  2. Navigate to the Documentation tab.
  3. Expand the Attachments section and click Add/Edit Attachments.
  4. Upload the attachments.


ROOT CAUSE &

Resolution



All the versions of the user application available in the custom ruleset are locked. Hence, attachments are not uploaded and the error is displayed while attaching the documents. To save the attachments, atleast one unlocked ruleset version must be available.
