- Open a flow rule or a decision table.
- Check the rule out.
- Make changes.
- Check the rule in.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Caching issue.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Run Revalidate and Save on the flow or decision table.
