Unable to create Exception case

SA-84062

Summary

User creates a case using the SWIFT message . If ':' is used in F20, then parsing of F21 field fails. Hence, Param.SWIFT21 is blank instead of containing the F21 value. Param.SWIFT21 is the input parameter required to create the Exception case. The user is unable to create the Exception case since the value of Param.SWIFT21 is blank. However, the parsing rules include the Pega out-of-the-box functionality. Smart Investigate for Payments 7.11 is installed on Pega 7.2.
