Provide facility to be able to execute pre and post activities of the Data Flow run on every node.
User should also be able to configure this so that pre and post activities could run on every node.

Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
Apply HFix-3020. The feature is only available for programmatically created dataflow runs.
