Unable to filter report content in repeat grid with IE9

Summary
When running a report definition to populate a repeat grid, records are displayed. When trying to filter a column by a value present, all records are removed from the grid.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Report Definition.
2. Create a Repeat Grid with the Report definition as the source.
3. Filter columns by a single value present.
Root Cause
The addEventListener is not supported in IE9 and earlier versions, and hence, throws an error condition.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-20742
