Unable to import styles in to Pega Template documents

Summary
Custom styles are imported in to MS word present in the machine. When any document is opened, imported styles are visible. However, on downloading the document from PRPC word template rule, these custom styles do not appear in it.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any word template rule in PRPC.
2. click Download file.
3. Verify the styles present in the downloaded file.
Root Cause
PRPC template rule and template document was created before importing the custom styles in to MS word. Due to this, whenever the template document is downloaded from template rule, the required styles are not present.
Resolution
Follow the below procedure to re-upload the updated template document which contains the styles to PRPC Word template rules.
1. Open a document which contains the required styles.
2. Save this file with Quick Style set using the option
Home > Change Styles > Style Set > Save as Quick Style Set
File will be saved with extension .dotx
Save it as Style.dotx file in your local system.
3. Open the Template rule in PRPC application. Click Download File button. Save the template file in to your local system.
4. Open the Saved template.
5. Click Developer tab > Document Template. It opens a popup window with name, Templates and Add-ins
6. Click Organizer button appearing in bottom of this window. It opens Organizer window. Which shows the downloaded template styles in left side panel and Normal.dotm (global template) on right side.
7. If the required styles are already present in your system, those will appear in Nomal.dotm. you can select the required styles and click Copy button.
8. If the styles are not present on your system then click on Close File button on right side which displays open file button.
9. Click Open File button and select Style.dotx which is created in 2nd step.
10. Now you should be able to find the required styles on right side part of organizer window.
11. Select the required styles and click copy button. This will copy the styles to template document which is opened in left side panel of organizer window.
11. Close the Organizer window.
12. Save the template file by clicking save icon or clicking save button which appears on prompt window if you try to close the template document.
13. Navigate to PRPC template rule and click Upload File button. Select the template file which is saved in step12.
14. Save the PRPC template rule.
