Unable to log out from Designer Studio



Unable to log out from the Designer Studio as the login screen does not display. This occurs when using the Internet Explorer browser. The user configuration is Pega Marketing 7.21 on Pega 7.2.1.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Pega Marketing application
  2. Log out

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.


Perform the following local-change:

Change the Log off redirection option to 'Redirect to login Screen' on the application.
