Unable to override the endpoint URL used in the Connect-REST Integration. This occurs while using the Global Resource Settings (GRS) configuration.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Connect-REST Integration
- Configure Global Resource Settings to override the endpoint URL passed from data page or activity invoking the Connect-REST rule
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. Global Resource Settings is deprecated and cannot be used to override the endpoint URL used for the Connect-REST Integration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the Application Settings option instead of Global Resource Settings if the requirement is to use dynamic hostname based on environments.
