Unable to perform Other Actions after running a test case

Summary



After running a test case, unable to perform Other Actions such as opening the User Profile or clicking the Create menu, in Designer Studio.


Error Messages



Failed to find a 'RULE-NAVIGATION' with the name 'PZPROFILEMENU' that applies to @baseclass


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an Activity rule that has test cases.
  2. Select the Test Cases tab.
  3. Click on the test case to run it. 
  4. Perform Other Actions in Designer Studio, such as clicking on the Operator menu, opening the Clipboard, or clicking the Create menu.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The LoadTestCase activity removed pages required for Designer Studio functions.


Resolution



Apply HFix-47699.
