Unable to save the changes to "enabled case types for pulse notifications" on Operators Preferences.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Change "enabled case types for pulse notifications"
- Check the User Story case type checkbox
- Click Save
- Return to the Operator Preferences. The value of User Story checkbox is now unchecked
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
