Unable to save the property rule having pxTextInput control

Summary
Unable to perform Save or SaveAs of the property rule which contains pxTextInput control.
Error Messages
HTML property: Stream pxTextInput is not defined
Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from PRPC 6.1 SP1 to Pega 7.2.2
- Perform Save of the property rule that is upgraded from PRPC 6.1 SP1 with pxTextInput as control
Root Cause
The ruleset in which the property rule was saving to directs to the older ruleset version (06-01) of ProcessCommander as pre-requisite for that ruleset. ProcessCommander:06-01 does not support pxTextInput control.
Resolution
Modify the application ruleset version to use ProcessCommander:07-10 as pre-requisite.
