Include a section that is configured with radio buttons.
Root Cause
Custom CSS was used which caused improper spacing between the radio buttons.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change and include the CSS in the userWorkform for specific labels:
Example, if label for/id is 'DueDateTrue',
label[for="DueDateTrue"]{
margin-right :8px;
}
