Unable to view the List View to update the data table rows

Summary
Pega 7.1.9 is upgraded to Pega 8.2.1.
Post the upgrade, unable to view the ListView/Data Table Editor to update (Append/Delete/Edit) the data table rows.

Steps to Reproduce
In Pega 7.1.9 , open the data table instances which use ListView/Data Table Editor to update (Append/Delete/Edit) the data table rows. The Modal window opens to append and edit the data table rows.
Root Cause
Data tables, ListView/Data Table Editor are deprecated and are replaced with Data type.
The Data tables, ListView/Data Table Editor are not available in Pega 8.2.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the Delegation feature to update or modify the data types.
