Summary
Unable to work on cases on mobile application. An error occurs in the Offline mode stating that When rule is not found in cache if the next step is Approve/Reject shape in the flow.
Error Messages
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a stage with Collect Information step and Approve/Reject step
- Enable Offline Support in access group
- Run the case on mobile application. However, js error occurs in console
Root Cause
This behavior is as per the Pega product design. Approve/Reject shape needs param. Hence, it is an unsupported configuration for offline.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Configure assignment shape with custom view.
