Unexpected Character are shown in UI Instead of Image

Summary
The image is not showing instead some junk value(alt= '' />) is being shown in UI.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a binary file in a section
- See that the Image is showing in UI in dev environment.
- Code is moved to UAT and image is replaced by some junk value.
Root Cause
As the code is moved to UAT environment,some of the rules may get corrupted.
Resolution
Revalidate and Save the particular section manually.(Designer Studio --> System --> Release --> Upgrade --> Validate)
