Unlock account gives incorrect password

Summary
When unlocking operator accounts, random passwords are generated; however, these passwords are below the minimum complexity requirements for passwords.

Steps to Reproduce
- Trigger the User Unlock flow.
- Set the required password length to eight in the Declare_AuthPolicies data page. The generated password is shorter than eight digits.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Update the pyPasswordResetDetails HTML rule in the application RuleSet. Replace the content with below HTML code snippet.
