Upgrade scripts requires over 125,000 database locks

Summary
When developer runs the upgrade wizard, user requires a DBA to increase the lock size on the table spaces due to new indexes.
Pega requests to update all rows at once, and a lock value of 100,000 is insufficient. Without the lock size being temporarily increased, upgrades cannot be performed.
Resolution
A product enhancement request item FDBK-12537 has been submitted product team for further evaluation.
