Steps to Reproduce
- Install Usage validation utility
- Stop JVMs
- Restart JVMs
- Log in as UVUser
Root Cause
Issue with Internet Explorer setting.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Open the Internet Explorer browser
- Click Tools
- Click Compatibility View Settings
- Enter the URL in the Add this website text box in the pop-up
- Click Add button
