Validation rule does not retain "Required" checkbox selection

Summary
Validation rules that have the "Required" checkbox checked for properties do not retain the required setting after clicking "Save" for the rule.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a validation rule.
- Click "Add" to open the "Validation Conditions" window.
- Check the checkbox for "Required".
- Click Submit on the modal window.
- Click "Save" on the validation rule.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30042.
