The word "Any" is not sorted using the function pxSortPageList

Summary



User has a requirement to implement a custom List to List using two repeating grid layout.

Once the user click on one list (say, list A) the value should be displayed in the other list (list B) and the value in each page list must be sorted.


User has used @pxSortPageList() function in a data transform for sorting.

All the values in each page list in the grid layout are sorted except the word "Any".


Error Messages



No error messages.

Steps to Reproduce


 
1. Use a repeating grid layout using a page list.
2. Use data transform to copy values to the page list (One of these page list values must contain the word "Any").
3. Use the @pxSortPageList() function in the data transform to sort the page list values.
 

Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules. All other words in the PageList had a prefixed "SPACE" except the word "Any".

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

In the Data transform used the function @trim() to resolve the issue.
