Avoiding redundant case types in Blueprint?
I am creating a blueprint for a grants application. In my prompt I listed the major steps in the grants application and review process. Blueprint creates multiple workflows (case types) that match the major steps in the process but each case type has the same has the same stages that also match the major steps in the process.
For example:
- My "Application Intake" workflow has stages for "Application intake, Application Review, Eligibility Determination, Fund Disbursement"
- My "Application Review" workflow has stages for "Application Intake, Review, Eligibility Determination, and fund disbursement"
- My "Eligibility Determination" workflow has stages for "Application submission, review, determination, and fund disbursement"
- etc.
The way I get around this is to add into my prompt the following "Create only one workflow that has the following stages." The result is that I get one higher quality case type without redundant stages. Has anyone else come across this and approached it differently?
