We have an authentication Service rule in pega where the AccessGroup Level timeout is enabled , and the AccessGroup level timeout was set to 900 seconds ( 15 minutes ) . Our platform is 24.1.3 . 

We have a long form and we see the login expiry related pop-up is getting displayed exactly after 15 minutes irrespective of the interaction ,save for later, form submission (posting actions)  etc .. how does the inactivity based timeout works in pega constellation. We had the thought that any interaction with server from user session it will extend the inactivity based timeout duration . 

IDP doesnot store the session for us by the way , so its all pega who does the logic .

how will the inactivity based timeout works in pega constellation , does this has any known issue in 24.1.3 ? Intreractions on the application seems does not get counted as it always getting timedout on 15th Minute after login .
