Unable to calculate lag for PYFTSINCREMENTALINDEXER java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: null

We're using Pega Application hosted in Pega Platform 24.1.3 with Embedded Search and Embedded Stream Configuration in Openshift On-Prem containers. 

We have been frequently getting the Error: Unable to calculate lag for PYFTSINCREMENTALINDEXER java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: null. I see that, there was a hotfix for this issue in Pega 23 but nothing available for Pega 24 version. Please advise

Hi @Kishore Sanagapalli, both Embedded Search and Embedded Kafka have been deprecated for a long time already and no longer available or supported starting from the 24.2 - you need to get them externalized ASAP.

I would also say this is a great time for your organization to consider move to Pega-as-a-Service (Pega Cloud) - you can land straight on the 25.1 version, getting access to all the latest and greatest features there, plus completely removing the significant overhead of maintaining the environments by yourself.
