Add or Update items in Multi select list in Constellation

Requirement is to show the Status (Add/Update) in a column in Multi-select list when a new row is added or an existing row is edited.

I used a declare expression to compare pyGUID but not working..Is there any field that indicates if the item in list was newly added or updated
