During case creation (in the pre-processing stage), the system retrieves a PDF document from an external content repository (FileNet / SharePoint). This PDF is then automatically attached to the case.

The business requirement is to display the PDF inline using a PDF Viewer so that users can view the document directly within the case UI, rather than downloading and opening it separately.

• Is there a recommended approach to always display the PDF content within the UI instead of triggering a download file from attachment )?
